Gems Calcul AI for Brawl Stars

1. Who we are

Gems Calcul AI for Brawl Stars (“the App”) is an independent companion tool for players who want calculators, tips, games, and optional AI-assisted content related to in-game economy planning.

The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell or Brawl Stars. Brawl Stars is a trademark of Supercell.

2. Information the App processes

Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of data:

• Device & app data: basic technical information needed to run the App (e.g. OS version, device type, crash diagnostics where provided by platform tools).
• Locally stored preferences: settings and counters stored on your device (for example via on-device storage) to remember choices, progress, or ad pacing.
• Photos / media library (optional): only if you choose to save images (e.g. wallpapers) to your gallery. Access is requested through the system permission prompt; we do not upload your photo library.
• AI features (optional): if you use features that call an AI service, the text or prompts you submit may be sent to that provider to generate a response. Do not submit sensitive personal data in prompts.
• Advertising & privacy choices: the App may use Google’s advertising stack, which can involve identifiers and consent / messaging flows (including Apple’s App Tracking Transparency on iOS where applicable).

3. How we use information

• To provide core App functionality (calculations, content, games, tips).
• To remember your preferences on-device.
• To show ads where enabled, measure delivery, and respect your consent and platform settings.
• To operate optional AI features you explicitly trigger.
• To improve stability and fix issues (e.g. aggregated or diagnostic signals from the platform).

4. Third-party services

The App may rely on services whose privacy policies govern their own processing, including:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — advertising. See Google’s policies and settings for ads and personalization.
• Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) / consent tools where shown — to manage advertising consent where required.
• OpenAI or similar AI APIs — only when you use AI-powered parts of the App.
• Apple App Store / platform services — distribution, updates, and system permissions.

We do not sell your personal information. Ad partners may use identifiers subject to your choices and applicable law.

5. Data retention & security

On-device data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App, unless a third-party provider retains data under their own policies (for example ad or AI providers).

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age required by your region to consent to data collection for ads or profiling. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to help.

7. Your choices

• Adjust privacy and tracking settings in iOS Settings for the App and system-wide.
• Use in-app or system consent prompts for advertising where offered.
• Deny photo access if you do not want to save images to your library.
• Uninstall the App to stop local processing tied to the installation.

8. International users

If you use the App outside your home country, data may be processed in countries where providers or ad partners operate. Those transfers are subject to the providers’ terms and applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, except where your consent is required for new processing.
